The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and perform MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR RESIDUAL CHLORINE AND TURBIDITY MONITORING UNITS, PUMP STATION 1,2 AND 3, FLCY HACHINOHE, JAPAN in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. PRE-QUOTE CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT INFORMATION a. The pre-quote confence shall be held at 09:00 AM on 15 Dec 2021 at the Bldg.987, NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Misawa Air Base. The parcipants will move to the Pump Station 1, 2 and 3, FLCY Hachinohe, Japan for the site survey after the pre-quote conference. b.
