This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued on a competitive basis by Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East Yokosuka, Japan for the procurement of Straight Vehicle Lease Services for Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) Far East Field Offices, Various Locations, Japan. The Contractor shall provide and secure new, unused motor vehicles (Forty-Seven (47)), straight lease services for NCIS Far East field offices at Atsugi (1 each), Iwakuni (7 each), Okinawa (19 each), Sasebo (5 each), and Yokosuka (15 each). The contract will have one (1) Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods. The vehicles shall be delivered on or before 01 July 2022.
