The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment required to perform family housing property management and maintenance serices, Facility Investement services for facilitieis , install equipment and systems at CFAS, including the following type of works: Painting and minor repair work Custodial Services Interior finishes HVAC Fire Protection Electrical Contract type is a performance based, commercial, multiple year, Firm-Fixed-Price. The period of performance is one-year base period and seven one-year option periods.
