Amendment 0001 is issued to incorporate the Questions & Answers form dated 10 Aug 2021. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and any other necessary work to replace light fixtures with LED, Bldg. 929 and 956, NAF Misawa, Japan in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract including attachments. Access is restricted for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI); Statement of Work and NAVFAC Drawings. To obtain those attachments, please request the access on the SAM. Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are scheduled on 4 Aug 2021, 0900 hours. Pre-solicitation conference will be conducted at NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan at 0900 hours, then, participants will move to Bldg. 929 and 956 for site survey. Offerors who will participate in the pre-solicitation conference and site visit are required to submit the attachment (3) Site Visit Log by 3 Aug 2021, 1100 hours. Attendees who do not possess the gate pass are required to annotate on the Site Visit Log and will be escorted at the main gate. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction project is between ¥10,000,000 to ¥25,000,000. Local Source Restrictions. This solicitation is intended for local sources. Local sources are those persons or entities normally resident and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation in accordance with the provisions of the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement.
