The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and any other necessary work to install P?8 support equipments, Bldg. 976, NAF Misawa, Japan in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract including attachments. Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are scheduled on 13 Jul 2021, 0900 hours. Pre-solicitation conference will be conducted at NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan at 0900 hours, then participants will move to Bldg. 976 for site survey. Offerors are required to submit the attachment (3) Site Visit Log/list of the personnel who will participate the pre-solicitation conference and site visit. The estimate cost range is between ¥10,000,000 and ¥25,000,000. Local Source Restrictions. This solicitation is intended for local sources. Local sources are those persons or entities normally resident and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation in accordance with the provisions of the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement.
