The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and any other necessary work to replace A/C units in LNSC offices, Bldg. 926, NAF Misawa, Japan in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract including attachments. Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are scheduled on 26 Mar 2021, 0900 hours. Pre-solicitation conference will be conducted at NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan at 0900 hours, then participants will move to Bldg. 926 for site survey. Offerors who will participate in the Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are required to submit the attachment (3) Site Visit Log by 24 Mar 2021, 1100 hours. Attendees who do not possess the gate pass are required to annotate on the Site Visit Log and will be escorted at the main gate. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of the construction project is between ¥10,000,000 and ¥25,000,000. Local Source Restrictions. This solicitation is intended for local sources.
