The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and any other necessary work to modify women's toilet, Bldg. 956, NAF Misawa, Japan in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract including attachments. Access is restricted for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI); Statement of Work and NAVFAC Drawings. Please request the access on the bata.SAM. Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are scheduled on 22 Dec 2020, 0900 hours. Pre-solicitation conference will be conducted at NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan at 0900 hours, then participants will move to Bldg. 956 for site survey. Offerors who will participate in the Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are required to submit the attachment (3) Site Visit Log by 21 Dec 2020, 1100 hours. Attendees who do not possess the gate pass are required to annotate on the Site Visit Log and will be escorted at the main gate. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between ¥2,500,000 to ¥10,000,000. Local Source Restrictions. This solicitation is intended for local sources. Local sources are those persons or entities normally resident and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation in accordance with the provisions of the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement.
