The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supervision, materials, parts equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to provide vehicle lease and maintenance services on Vans, Mid-size Sedans, Mini-sedans, Trucks, and 4-Wheel Drive Vehicles for Marine Corps Base Butler G-F FMB and G-4 GME, Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler (MCB Butler), Okinawa, and Camp Fuji, Shizuoka, Prefecture, Japan on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis with a five year ordering period. SERVICES DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for vehicle lease and maintenance services on Vans, Mid-size Sedans, Mini-sedans, Trucks, and 4-Wheel Drive Vehicles. The automobiles furnished under the vehicle specifications shall be the manufacturer’s current production in Japan. Vehicle shall be complete with all the necessary operating components and accessories customarily provided to the general public. Draft PWS is attached as a courtesy (Enclosure 01). CONTRACT TYPE: The anticipated contract will be a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type performance-based NON-RECURRING service contract with a five (5) year ordering period. This IDIQ will allow for the award of firm-fixed price task orders.
