The Department of the Navy is soliciting quotes for “Preventative Maintenance Program and Service Orders for Above Ground Storage Tanks at the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan”.” The requirement is for a Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract “Preventative Maintenance Program and Services Orders for Above Ground Storage Tanks at the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan”. Under this contract, contractor shall perform maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition, and minor construction for Above Ground Storage Tanks and POL System Facilities and Distribution Systems. This requirement will encompass services for, but not limited to, the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Area Of Responsibility (AOR). The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods comprised of recurring and non-recurring Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). Change to site visit date provided via Amendment 0001. Responses to Pre-Proposal Inquiries 1-8 provided via Amendment 0002. Extensions of deadline for quotation submission provided via Amendments 0003, 0004, adn 0005. Amendment 0005 also provided responses to Pre-Proposal Inquiries 9-28 and revised Specifications sections and attachments, including revised ELINs. Amendment 0006 provided responses to PPI# 29 & 30.
