The resulting contract will include a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements for two (2) months phase-in period, 10 months base period and four (4) one-year option periods. 2. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provision of all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide the WHE Maintenance and Repair Services at U.S. military installations on Okinawa, Japan. (e.g., Camp Foster, Camp Kinser, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Futenma, Camp Courtney, Camp Hansen, Camp Schwab, Jungle Warfare Training Center, Kadena Air Base (CFAO and tenant organizations), and White Beach). 3. The site visit is scheduled on 9 and 10 November 2020 at 0900 hours. See attached RFP for further details. The interested parties shall submit site visit request form, attachment (7) of your attendance to Akiko Hilderbrand via e-mail at Akiko.Hilderbrand.JA@fe.navy.mil by 29 October 2020, 1000 hours. Each contractor is limited to having 2 representatives at the site visit for COVID-19 measures. Amendment 0001 is issued on 19 November 2020. See N4008421R2000_AMENDMENT 0001 for detail.
