The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and perform the RECURRING and NONRECURRING services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are scheduled on 28 June 2021, 0900 hours. Pre-solicitation conference will be conducted at NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan at 0900 hours, then participants will move to Bldg. 963, 970 and 971 for site survey. Offerors are required to submit the attachment (3) Site Visit Log/list of the personnel who will participate the Pre-solicitation conference and/or site visit by 25 June 2021, 1100 hours. AUTORIZATION TO OPERATE AND CONDUCT BUSINESS IN JAPAN Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. Offerors will be required to provide verification on required license prior to award of any contract to the contracting officer if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer.
