The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and engineering necessary to replace generator, Bldg. 1440, NAF Misawa, Japan in accordance with the Specification and drawings herewith. Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are scheduled on 26 Feb 2021, 0900 hours. Pre-solicitation conference will be conducted at NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan at 0900 hours, then participants will move to Bldg. 1440 for site survey. Offerors are required to submit the attachment (4) Site Visit Log/list of the personnel who will participate the Pre-solicitation conference and/or site visit by 25 Feb 2021, 1100 hours. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between ¥50,000,000 and ¥100,000,000. CONTRACTOR LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Prior to award of any contract, bidders must be registered to do business in Japan and possess a construction license (Kensetsu Gyo Kyoka) issued by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, or prefectural government. Bidders will be required to provide verification of such construction license prior to award of any contract to the contracting officer if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer.
