Work Requirements: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the custodial service at Kadena Air Base (CFAO only), Camp Shields, White Beach, Tengan Pier, and Awase Transmitter Site under a performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items. Performance Period: Base Period and four (4) Option Periods of 12 months each. Site Visit is avaiable upon request, please see the soliciation for deitals. FEAD Okinawa Contract office is located in Kadena Air Base, but Bid opening will be held at different location, FEAD Camp Bulter, please see the soliciation for details.
