The Contractor shall develop, implement, and execute a Service Order, Maintenance Program, Inspection, Testing, and Certification Program, and Other Recurring Service Program to maintain and repair Kitchen Equipment and Systems. The Contractor shall maintain all maintenance, repair, and alteration data and warranty records in the technical library in accordance with Annex 2. The Contractor shall provide all necessary test instruments, equipment, and tools required to perform maintenance and repair.

The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of qualified and interested parties to perform disinfection services for COVID-19 at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon responses to this sources sought notice. Any resulting contract will be a non-recurring work/ indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract term may be one year, with a minimum guarantee of $5000. The recurring work base period requirement will be the overall minimum guarantee. Anticipated performance start date is April of FY20. The proposed requirement will be to provide one-time disinfection services (per task order) to space identified to have been occupied by a person who has tested positive for COVID-19. Task orders will be issued once a positive case on CFAY has been identified and will contain the locations and area to be disinfected. The services must comply with guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). CDC guidance on disinfection can be found at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/cleaning-disinfection.html. Requirements include cleaning and disinfection of high-touch surfaces (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remotes, handles, desks, toilets, sinks, etc.), soft/porous surfaces (e.g. carpeted floor, rugs, drapes, etc.), and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and face masks. The space to be cleaned will be unoccupied, but previously occupied by a COVID-19 positive individual.
