Amendment 0001 is to Answer Questions that have been received and incorporate Attachments F,G,H,I,J, and K as well as to attach Revised Attachment D. NAVFAC Far East is offiially releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on a competitive basis for an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for recurring and non-recurring environmental testing services for a Base Year and Four Option Years, for the procurement of Environmental Testing Services to protect the public required to perform environmental testing services for drinking water, waste water, air emissions, incinerators, industrial waste, sediment and soil, at various U.S. Military/U.S. Government Facilities in Japan, Singapore, and Republic of Korea. The RFP, Attachments A, C, D, and E are available as attachments to this solicitation. The Governemt intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.1, and FAR 6401(b). All responsible sources are encouraged to submit required information for this effort as described above and in the RFP.
