A modification to Contract N4008420D0101 was awarded on a sole source basis to CS ONE CO., LTD pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2. This justification is being made publicly available within 30 days of the contract award in accordance with FAR 6.305(b).
