Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit are scheduled for 14 January 2020. Participants shall submit the Contractor’s List (For Restricted Area Access) to the Government points of contact no later than 07 January 2020, 11:00hrs in accordance with the solicitation. Individuals are required to have a “BASE ACCESS PASS” for the event, see the solicitation for more details. Bids will be publicly opened at U.S. Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Iwakuni, Japan, Building 100 at the time for bid opening stated in this Invitation for Bids.
