The requirement includes, but is not limited to: refuse collection, disposal, and recycling at the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Japan, to include Yokosuka Main Base, NOF Urago, Azuma Island, Hakozaki and Ikego. General Waste shall be segregated to combustible waste for disposal at CFAY Yokosuka main base solid waste incinerator plant, Bldg.1829 disposal facility. Segregation and recoverable resources recycling and disposal shall comply with all applicable CFAY Qualified Recycling Program (QRP), CFAY Hazardous waste yard, prefectural and national Japanese laws and regulations.
