1. This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 336111 - Automobile Manufacturing. 2. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quotes is the lowest price while meeting the requirements. The Government reserves the right to award to one or more companies that is deemed the most advantageous for the Government. 3. This acquisition is for the procurement of: CLIN0001: Sedan Compact, Right Hand Drive, Air Conditioning, Gasoline Engine Driven, Automatic Transmission Quantity: 9 Delivery Place: U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Building at Camp Zama Delivery Date: 120 days 4. Interested offerors can view and/or download the solicitation from Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov when it becomes available. 5. Unless otherwise indicated in the solicitation, this is an Internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the websites daily for any amendments to this solicitation. All interested offerors shall register at the website https://www.fbo.gov 6. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM and must have active Representations and Certifications in SAM. Interested offerors are encouraged to register as soon as possible. 7. The information being requested does not constitute a Request for Proposal or a commitment on the part of the Government to award a Contract or to pay for any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice.
