SERVICES DESCRIPTION: The proposed requirement will provide Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Services (PMI) with the following requirements: 1. Recurring Work: The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and alter HVAC systems and Icemaker systems to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition. a) Service Orders: The Contractor shall perform service order work in a timely manner and ensure the HVAC systems and Icemaker systems are restored to a safe, normal working condition and function properly. • Emergency Service Order: Emergency service orders responded to within 24 hours of receipt of service order, and are arrested within 48 hours of receipt of call for other Systems. • Urgent Service Order: Urgent service orders are completed within seven (7) calendar days. • Routine Service Order: Routine service orders are completed within 30 calendar days. b) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program: The Contractor shall develop and implement a PM program for HVAC systems and Icemaker systems to ensure proper operation, to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life. • HVAC Systems • Icemaker Systems • Actual Accumulated Repair Record • Detail Breakdown of ELIN/Sub ELIN Items 2. Non-Recurring Work: Non-recurring work may be ordered utilizing Fed-Mall or a Task Order for specified ELINs for task listings, descriptions and related requirements.
