The Department of the Navy is soliciting quotes for “Preventive Maintenance Program and Service Orders for Roll Up Doors, Sliding Doors, Sliding Gates and Automatic Doors System at The U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Tsurumi and North Dock by Combination Contract of Recurring Work & Non-Recurring Work Items.” The requirement is for a Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract “Preventative Maintenance Program and Services Orders for Above Roll Up Doors, Sliding Doors, Sliding Gates and Automatic Doors at The U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Tsurumi and North Dock by Combination Contract of Recurring Work & Non-Recurring Work Items”. Under this contract, contractor shall perform maintenance, repair, and inspection for Above Roll Up doors, Sliding Doors, Sliding Gates and Automatic Doors. This requirement will encompass services for, but not limited to, The U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Tsurumi and North Dock Area The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods comprised of recurring and non-recurring Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).
