This is a Facility Support Service, a Non-recurring Work Items Contract “Change of Occupancy Maintenance Services with Repair, Replacement and Cleaning Services to Preparation for New Occupancy of Family Housing Units in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan. interior touch-up painting, carpet cleaning, plumbing fixture repair, cabinet repair, resilient flooring and unit cleaning to prepare for new occupancy of family housing units in CFAY Japan, include Yokosuka main base and Ikego Housing annex area. The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods comprised of 100% non-recurring contract Line Item Numbers. This procurement will be issued using Sealed Bidding procedure with the intent to award a single Fixed Price contract. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, confirming to the solicitation, is the solicitation, is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government considering price only factors. Bid shall be priced only in Japanese Yen. Bid not priced in Japanese Yen shall be deemed non-responsive, and will not be eligible for award.
