The space requirement is for approximately 16,946 ANSI/BOMA square feet of administrative space with parking to accommodate at least 140 vehicles. The space must be located in St. Marys County, MD, within eight (8) miles of Gate 1 at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. The Navy desires a beneficial occupancy date of September 15, 2020, but must not be later than 6 months after lease award.
