This Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project replaces the existing hot water pre-heat coils, hot water reheat coils, cooling coils, humidifying systems and associated coil runout piping for eight air handling units (AHU-1 through AHU-8) located on the Fourth Floor of Building 207.
