OPTION 1-The intent of this project is to replace one hot water boiler, 200hp, combination fired oil and gas with trim systems included with the boiler and replacing one boiler control with DDC controls. The newly installed boiler should be compatible with the existing boilers and control system that are already in place. OPTION 2- This project also is including an option to replace the second boiler with replacing the controls with DDC controls in FY22. Please see the provided Scope of Work (SOW) for more details.
