NAVFAC Washington/FEAD Quantico is conducting market research through a sources sought notice to assess acquisition strategy for basewide janitorial and custodial services at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. The current SBA 8(a) contract expires March 31, 2027, with contract commencement anticipated April 1, 2027; the government is primarily seeking qualified SBA-certified 8(a) firms and secondarily inviting other socioeconomic small business categories to demonstrate capacity. The scope includes all personnel, management, supervision, supplies, equipment, transportation, and quality control for routine cleaning, restroom sanitation, trash and recycling, floor and carpet care, window/glass cleaning, fixture sanitization, and compliance with Navy/MCB Quantico security and DBIDS credentialing. Interested contractors must submit a capability statement limited to two pages, excluding the title page, addressing company and socioeconomic status, at least 50% self-performance under FAR 52.219-14, staffing and surge capacity, DBIDS/security vetting, and up to three relevant past performance projects completed within the last five years.
