This justification and approval seeks authority to award a modification extending an existing IDIQ 8(a) Regional Roofing Job Order Contract for Naval Research & Development Establishment-supported commands. Performance locations include Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Naval Support Facility Indian Head, Maryland, and Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, Virginia. The extension would add 12 months, running from July 30, 2026, through January 28, 2027. Two three-month optional extensions are also contemplated: January 29–April 1, 2027, and April 2–June 1, 2027.
