This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government is seeking to identify qualified and interested small and large businesses (including but not limited to 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB) with the capability to provide Construction Management Agent (CMA) Services in support of Department of Defense (DOD)/ Department of the NAVY (DON) construction projects. The Government anticipates the need for Construction Management Agent (CMA) and/or Project Delivery Consultant (PDC) to provide professional construction program and project management services to support the planning, design, execution, and delivery of DON construction projects. The work may include new construction and renovation projects, with a particular focus on dormitories, historical and higher education facilities, and construction conducted in occupied or mission-critical spaces.
