This project includes the disposal of two deteriorated 7.5 tons HVAC systems to include air handling units and associated accessories, and mini-split type unit and associated accessories. New work includes installation of new single HVAC system and associated ductwork, air handling unit, housekeeping pad, and associated accessories. Install new ductless split type unit and associated accessories. All work will be accomplished in accordance with all federal, state, local, and installation codes and laws shall conform in accordance of all Federal, State, and Local Installation codes and laws, including preparation of design.
