Naval Support Activity, Washington: Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Washington Navy Yard (WNY) Washington, DC, Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), (WNY) Washington, DC, Naval Support Facility Carderock, West Bethesda, MD, Naval Support Facility, Arlington, VA, Naval Support Activity, Annapolis for NRL, CBD, Naval Research Laboratory, Chesapeake Bay Detachment (CBD), Chesapeake Beach, MD and Naval Support Activity Bethesda. Services shall be performed at various Government Facilities in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC and within a 100-mile radius of the Washington Navy Yard by means of a combination Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items.

The Department of Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington is interested in gaining knowledge of potential qualified 8(a) Small Business firms capable of performing the following work: The Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, supervision, and management for Regional Security Guard Services for one base year and four option years. The work under this contract will be performed predominately in the Navy activities in support of the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), within Naval District Washington Region (NDW), including but not limited to: annual training for physical, psychological and target practice.
