Award of this solicitation will result in a facilities support indefinite-quantity contract with recurring work / firm fixed price (FFP) and non-recurring work / indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) provisions. The outcome to be achieved is a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), IDIQ contract with recurring and non-recurring services to include a base year, seven (7) one-year option periods, and one (1) six-month optional extension, which cumulatively will not exceed 102 months (eight (8) years and six (6) months). This requirement is to provide for a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Base Operation and Support (BOS) Contract at Naval District Washington (NDW) Regional Base Operations Support Services for Naval Facilities in various locations in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland. This acquisition will provide BOS services for Facility Investment, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM), and Utilities Management. The outcomes for this acquisition are consistent with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 37.101 definition of service contracts.
