Under this contract, the Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, fuel, equipment and other items necessary to provide Charter Bus Transportation Service support to the Government for the upcoming 2025 Presidential Inauguration Parade. Transportation service will be required for two (2) separate dates, January 17, 2025 (Rehearsal Day) and January 20, 2025 (Inauguration Day).Secondary Contract Name - Naomi Sproule, naomi.k.sproule.civ@us.navy.mil. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFI due date to no later than 12:00PM EDT on August 19th, 2024. It is also to inquire if contractors are having issues pulling the documents from contract opportunities. The Excel documents that have been noted to cause errors will be reissued. Amendment 0002 is to answer the RFIs, as well as update the Statement of Work and Section A of the solicitation. Amendment 0003 is to provide answers to two additional RFI questions and to reattach the attachments and enclousres in case you were unable to download them previously. There were no changes made to the Attachment or Enclosures.
