This Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) authorizes and approves the use of brand name commercial equipment from Schneider Electric Smart X Series (BacNET) for Niagara Framework for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) programmable building controllers in contract actions requiring interface with the identified Installation networked facilities control and monitoring system at NSF Dahlgren (referred to in this document as "the Installation").
