CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION IDIQ JOB ORDER CONTRACT FOR NRDE COMMANDS AT NRL, DC; NRL CHESAPEAKE BEACH DETACHMENT; AND NSWC CARDEROCK, MD.The Government has a NEW Requirement for a Civil Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for civil construction projects and related services valued between $2,000 and $1,000,000 for the Naval Research and Development Establishment (NRDE) supported Commands at the Chesapeake Bay Detachment, Naval Research Laboratory (Washington DC), and Naval Warfare Center Carderock, MD. The solicitation will result in a single award of a Civil Construction IDIQ JOC contract. The period of performance is for a one year base, and four 1-year option periods. The estimated maximum value for all periods is $30M. This procurement is set-aside for total small business. Proposals are due electronically via PIEE Solicitation Manager upload no later than 10:00 am EST on 08 December 2022. Requests for Information (RFIs) are due no later than 22 November 2022.
