The Government has a NEW Requirement for a Civil Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality Contract (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for civil construction projects and related services valued betw een $2,000 and $1,000,000 for the Naval Research & Development Establishment (NRDE) supported Commands at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River and Naval Support Facility Indian Head, MD; and Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, VA. The solicitation will result in a single award of a Civil Construction IDIQ JOC contract. The period of performance is for a one (1) year base, and four (4) 1-year option periods. The estimated maximum value for all periods is $30M. This procurement is set-aside for eligible 8(a) Small Disadvantaged businesses under WMADO SBA Requirement Number PN1651688698U. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 237990 – Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction w ith a size standard of $39.5M.
