You must be awarded one of the following contracts in order to compete on this solicitation: N40080-21-D-0022 N40080-21-D-0023 N40080-21-D-0024 N40080-21-D-0025 N40080-21-D-0026 N40080-21-D-0027 N40080-21-D-0028 N40080-21-D-0029 This A-Wing renovation project will convert current spaces to provide administrative offices and support spaces for a minimum of 211 office spaces, including 12 private offices, 199 cubicles in open office areas and suites, break rooms, printer/copier areas, file storage areas, conference rooms, war room, network rooms, and wellness room. The renovation will provide upgrades for existing spaces including lab rooms, toilet rooms, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, workshop, and loading area. If you do not currently hold a DBIDS for Dahlgren, you will need to submit access paperwork to Casey McCloud NLT five (5) working days prior to the site visit date.
