The proposed project is for the design and construct of a new single story 26,069 square feet Child Development Center (CDC) facility, which will support children between the ages of six weeks to five years. Outdoor playgrounds, fencing, parking, bus drop off, site utilities, and other associated site work will also be included. The building exterior design will be compatible with the other building surroundings. The interiors will include construction for spaces such as lobby, reception, offices, health, security, training, break rooms, toilets, storage, kitchen, laundry, mechanical, and electrical. Child activity rooms for infants, pre-toddlers, toddlers, and preschoolers will also be included.
