The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Naval Research & Development Establishment Support Office (NRDE), has a NEW requirement to procure construction services for wet utilities projects for the Public Works Departments supporting the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC, the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory Chesapeake Bay Detachment, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock in West Bethesda, Maryland. This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) will provide support to procure construction, repairs, and renovations of common utility features of work including general utility materials and methods, camera inspection of pipes, trenchless installation and horizontal directional drilling, water distribution piping, sanitary sewerage, sanitary sewer force main piping, pump stations, storm drainage piping and structures. The period of performance will consist of a 1-year Base period, and four 1-year Option periods. This will be a firm fixed price contract with a total estimated value of $20,000,000; inclusive of all Options. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for the IDIQ is 237110- Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a size standard of $39.5 million.
