The scope of this project is to completely demolish buildings/structures 370 (Rocket Laboratory), 370A (Magazine), 370B (Boiler House), 409 (Magazine/Weighing Room), 462 (Systems Integration Lab), and... The scope of this project is to completely demolish buildings/structures 370 (Rocket Laboratory), 370A (Magazine), 370B (Boiler House), 409 (Magazine/Weighing Room), 462 (Systems Integration Lab), and 1352 (Storage/Test Fixture Assembly Building) and restore sites. Project will consist of complete facility demolition, including the total removal of all foundations, removal and disposal of all utilities, site amenities, and associated site features. Demolition will include the termination of all site utilities (water, power, telecommunications etc.). Hazardous material testing and containment will be performed at all sites prior to the start of demolition. Site restoration activities will include back filling, grading and seeding the disturbed sites.
