The new work on the First Floor is approximately 10,618 SF, and the new work on the Second Floor is approximately 2,103 SF. The renovation will include the demolition of the existing office area walls, restrooms, ceilings and finishes. Work is to include new code compliant restrooms, kitchenettes, conference rooms, private offices, copy rooms, storage rooms and open office areas with cubicles (included with FF&E). Also included is the renovation of the existing HVAC system and fire protection systems to accommodate new layout; removal of the existing steam from facility, and coordination of the new work with recent HVAC improvements to remain.
