This will be placed as an order on the IPT GOLD SBMACC. You must be awarded one of the following contracts in order to compete on this solicitation: N40080-19-D-0011 N40080-19-D-0012 N40080-19-D-0013 N40080-19-D-0014 N40080-19-D-0015 N40080-19-D-0016 N40080-19-D-0017 N40080-19-D-0018 N40080-19-D-0019 N40080-19-D-0020 This project will renovate the existing First and Second floor office areas, consolidation of two user departments and maximizing efficiency of the usable space. The new work on the First Floor is approximately 10,618 SF, and the new work on the Second Floor is approximately 2,103 SF. The renovation will include the demolition of the existing office area walls, restrooms, ceilings and finishes. Work is to include new code compliant restrooms, kitchenettes, conference rooms, private offices, copy rooms, storage rooms and open office areas with cubicles (included with FF&E). Also included is the renovation of the existing HVAC system and fire protection systems to accommodate new layout; removal of the existing steam from facility, and coordination of the new work with recent HVAC improvements to remain. If you do not currently hold a DBIDS for Dahlgren, you will need to submit access paperwork to Anthony McCloud 5 working days prior to the site visit date.
