This work involves confined spaces, so permits will be required. All government, contractor, sub-contractor, or any personnel entering the work area during the course of work, including pre-construction, will be required to comply with the Confined Space Program and any associated certifications. The contractor shall provide a proposal that includes all labor, equipment, material, and transportation costs needed to accomplish the following goals. It is the contractors’ responsibility and obligation to conform to all state and local laws, manufacturer’s recommendations, and any codes and guidelines outlined in this scope of work.
