Description of the Work: The work involves providing all materials, labor, equipment and necessary design work for the removal and replacement with a new and improved roof for Buildings 7, 20, and 25, at the Marine Barracks Washington, in Washington, DC. Building 7 is a single story with existing built-up roofing (BUR) and approximately 25 foot by 82 foot in size. Building 20 is multi-story and multi-sectional with existing BUR approximately 38,000 square feet in size. Building 25 is multi-story EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) with flat roof sections to be replaced. The work shall consist of removing the existing roof systems down to the roof deck and replacing with SBS modified roofing system.
