The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes, and determining whether to set-aside the requirement for small businesses. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington, DC is seeking eligible and qualified Small Businesses firms capable of performing on a Multiple Award Construction Contract MACC with a minimum and maximum order amounts estimated as $250K to $15M. In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of this project is More than $10,000,000. All eligible and qualified Small Businesses are encouraged to respond.
