The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, supplies, vehicles, and equipment required to perform environmental services including but not limited to hazardous waste management and operations at the Washington Navy Yard, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bethesda, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Naval Support Facility (NSF) Anacostia, Marine Barracks at 8th & I, Potomac Annex, NSF Naval Observatory, NSF Suitland, NSF Arlington, Pentagon, NSF Carderock, NSF Indian Head, NSF Dahlgren, NSF Stump Neck, NAS PAX River, Webster Field, NRC Solomon's Island, and NSA Annapolis. The intent of 1800000 Environmental is to specify the Environmental requirements which primarily consist of the following services: management, collection and disposal of hazardous material, hazardous waste and other regulated waste; oil and hazardous substance spill response, cleanup and disposal. The following services are not considered Environmental and are not included: collection, disposal and recycling of non-hazardous waste are included in 1503030 Integrated Solid Waste Management; water and sewage treatment are included in 1604000 Wastewater and 1606000 Water; and waterborne spill response and cleanup are included in 0600000 Port Operations. The FSC code is F108.
