Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC)- Pax River Public Works has issued a solicitation/RFQ for the demolition, disposal, and replacement of carpet, vinyl floor tile, and vinyl cove base at Building 2110; located at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform work in hallways and rooms No. 1-14, 22, 23, 25-28, 30, 32, 35-37, and 39. The period of performance for the proposed contract will be SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS AFTER AWARD. The magnitude of construction for this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be available on 09-SEPTEMBER-2019 with an anticipated quote due date of 23-SEPTEMBER-2019, and an estimated award date of 30-SEPTEMBER-2019. The solicitation, and any attachments, will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www.fbo.gov). Amendments, if any, will also be available at this Internet site. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million.
