The BOS Recurring and Non-Recurring Work services are described as: Provide all labor, management, supervision, quality control, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform facility investment services. The work consists of service calls (to respond to emergent customer complaints), Preventative Maintenance (PM), inspections, maintenance to building utility systems, after-hours service desk, equipment condition assessments to support the Infrastructure Condition Assessment Program (ICAP), Inspections (inspection, testing, and certification) of Unfired Pressure Vessels (UPVs) to include air compressors and compressed air receivers, seasonal HVAC start-up and shutdown, overhead door inspections, and other recurring services.
