Paint all of the walls in the room. Coordinate final paint color with COR. 3. Remove existing wall in office that separates the other side of the attorney office to expand the office space. 4. Contractor shall field verify all locations dimensions and condition before ordering any material or starting any work. The Contractor must notify the COR of any conditions that differ from that indicated on these documents. 5. All work shall be performed in accordance with this Scope of Work and all other plans and specifications. 6. Except where specified otherwise herein, all existing materials and equipment are required to be demolished and disposed, or disconnected and abandoned or cap and terminate and ‘make safe’. All debris resulting from the demolition work shall become the property of the contractor and shall be removed from the Government property. 7. All demolished materials and equipment shall be removed from the Government property and disposed to an approved landfill. 8. Prior to the start of any construction activities, the Contractor shall obtain a working permit for operating on equipment in the room.
