DIRECT SOLICITATION- 8(A) MACC PARTICIPANT ONLY The work includes design for repairs or replacement of building components to prevent water intrusion to the existing roofing, all the exterior windows, all exterior doors, penetrations, brick exterior, concrete stairs and misc. concrete. Project includes mold testing and remediation and incidental related work. Project includes repairs and or replacement of building components effected by any investigation testing or water intrusion shall be prepared and completed to establish an effective weather barrier for the building enclosure. Project also includes replacement of finishes removed as part of the mold remediation and removal of hazardous material specific to mold remediation to interior finishes.
