Design and construct a new fully usable building addition at B1652 to accommodate personnel for the Systems Integration Lab (SIL) E-6B mission. The building addition shall incorporate open office areas and 2 labs, and other support spaces as required. Facility will meet all requirements for accessibility, and storm water management. Work shall also include site prep, sidewalks, exterior lighting, landscaping (as required by MDE and approved by the Government). Project work will include coordination/installation of all utilities (exterior and interior) including mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, plumbing, sewer, water, fire protection, and security systems. Provide complete installation for connections to NAS Patuxent River NMCI, telephone, VTC and electronic entry/exit door hardware. Although work station furniture may be purchased and installed with separate funding, the D/B Contractor will provide and connect all power, communication, and IT components to every work station as required. The D/B Contractor shall provide 100% design, details, engineering services, and permitting (including MDE Stormwater Management and Sediment and Erosion Control Permits) necessary for complete construction of the facility. Provide documents per UFC 1-300-09N for a complete and fully usable facility.
