The scope of work is for the contractor to remove and replace the existing B962 shingle roof and replace with a metal panel roof on Roof Section ‘A’. On Roof Section ‘B’ the existing EPDM with stone ballast roof shall be removed and replaced with a fully adhered EPDM roof. This project also includes the removal and replacement of gutters, gutter guards, drip edge flashing, ice guard, snow guards, vent flashing, roof drains, aluminum coping, damaged fascia, all roof sheathing and damaged downspouts. In addition, existing damaged batt insulation shall be removed and replaced. An existing window/skylight fenestration assembly shall be removed and infilled with solid construction.
